Vase | H 21 cm, Ø 17 cm

The art of ikebana- the gentle and mindful arranging of flowers in sculptural bouquets- is an integral part of Japanese culture, and is therefore the obvious source of inspiration for the new MIYABI vase, designed by Kazushige Miyake. The vase is offered in two shapes, originating from the same visual concept- a lower version with an interlocking grid inside, which allows for the creation of artistic arrangements to suit a variety of tastes and occasions, and a taller version with a slightly simpler construction, intended for displaying flowers in a set bouquet or even a single, specially grown branch.
